Brighton Food Society –
Andy Lynes, the reknowned food writer, has established this professional association for Brighton area food and drink writers and broadcasters.  The inaugural dinner was held in May 2012 featuring the finest ingredients from our region.

Rosa Jackson –
Canadian born Rosa is a star – she a food writer, runs a cookery school in Nice and leads culinary tours of Paris.  A lady of exceptional taste, Rosa is also partial to the judicious use of a splash of stratta vinegar in her recipes!

Thompsons –
Chef Robert Thompson, named as one of the top ten UK chefs by the Good Food Guide, creates truly delicious food in his fabulous restaurant in Newport.  Our fruit vinegars make themselves known in some of his latest creations, including the strawberry and pink peppercorn in a cocktail!
